Before: EDWARDS, Chief Circuit Judge; ENGEL, Circuit Judge, and WISEMAN, District Judge* Order Defendant Denver Eugene Roof appeals from the district court's denial of his motion for a reduction of sentence pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 35. It is Roof's claim that the presentence report which the district judge had in his possession contained certain inaccuracies which it was incumbent upon the court to take into consideration and which would have compelled the court to reconsider his sentence. The sentences imposed upon Roof run concurrently and are substantially less than the maximum which could have been imposed for the crimes to which he entered a plea of guilty. There is no reason upon the record to believe that the defendant and his counsel were not given an opportunity to examine the presentence report for accuracy before sentence or that the correction of any alleged inaccuracies would have altered the sentence in any event. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the district court is affirmed.
